The Lentiai dairy was founded in 1884 as a private dairy, later becoming a social dairy in 1926.
It has always aimed to promote the local agricultural and food heritage, ensuring a fresh, healthy and seasonal product ranging from butter, ricotta, fresh and aged cheeses.
It boasts a long tradition of activity in milk processing.
Its products, worthy heirs of many years of hard work, are particularly sought after for their ancient and rare genuineness, which is also evidenced by the many awards won over the years thanks to the invaluable efforts of the members and employees who work hard every day to impart excellent milk.
