A name that testifies to an act of love for Valbelluna. It’s that of “Fattoria Bepi Zumelle”, where Bepi is the name of the family’s founder and Zumelle is the one of the castle that dominates the land where the farm is located.
All the animals raised in the farm graze freely here: cattle, goats, pigs and horses. The “Bepi Zumelle Farm” processes all the self-produced milk, mainly raw, from both cows and goats.
In the shop, the most classic dairy flavours can be found: from ricotta cheese to fresh and aged cheeses, but also blue-veined, refined (under hay, “drunken”) and mouldy with a flowered rind. Its sausages and cold cuts are also very popular.
