The Giuliano Candeago Farm has long chosen the organic method for its production and has promoted its quality through judicious choices of crops that are well adapted to the pre-Alpine territory on which the farm stretches.

Produces legumes typical of the Valbelluna on land between 400 and 900 meters above sea level. The farm is duly registered with the consortium for the protection of the Lamon bean of the Belluno Valley PGI and its beans are certified.

The farm produces dry bean in grain but also fresh bean in pods. Harvesting is done by hand because ripening is scalar.
