The Solum farm grows maize, saffron, rye and hemp as well as a wide range of vegetables, fruits and herbs
It’s a small farm that started operating in 2021, with a commitment to applying production guidelines based on family and local traditions. Harvesting its own crops, the company produces sweet and savoury baked goods and pasta.
It also produces hemp seed oil and two product lines: the “unusual delicacies”, which include fruit preserves and cheese spreads, and the “precious jars” line, which includes spreadable creams, chocolate bars and pralines.
